Apple Steamer

a bottle of beer next to a cup of coffee

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of steamed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Minneapple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Start by steaming the milk. You can use a milk frother or a saucepan on low heat. Be sure not to let it boil; you just want it to be hot and frothy.

  2. While the milk is steaming, add 2 tablespoons of Minneapple Syrup to a mug.

  3. Once the milk is steamed, pour it over the Minneapple Syrup in the mug. Stir well to combine the syrup and milk thoroughly.

  4. Top your Apple Steamer with a generous dollop of whipped cream. You can use canned whipped cream or make your own.

  5. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of the whipped cream for that extra apple pie flavor.

  6. Serve your delicious Apple Steamer immediately and enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the Minneapple Syrup quantity to suit your taste preferences. It's a warm and comforting drink perfect for a cozy evening.

Apple Cream Cheese Dip

a slice of cake on a plate

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Apple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: Allow the 8 oz of cream cheese to come to room temperature. This will make it easier to blend and create a smoother dip.

  2. Combine Cream Cheese and Vanilla: In a mixing bowl, place the softened cream cheese and add 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add Apple Syrup: Gradually pour in the 1/2 cup of apple syrup into the cream cheese and vanilla mixture. Continue to blend until all the ingredients are well combined. The apple syrup will infuse the dip with a delightful apple flavor.

  4. Taste and Adjust: After mixing, taste the dip to check if it has the desired sweetness and apple flavor. You can adjust the amount of apple syrup or vanilla extract to suit your taste preferences. If you want it sweeter, add more syrup; if you want a stronger vanilla flavor, add a little more vanilla extract.

  5. Chill: While you can serve the dip immediately, refrigerating it for about 30 minutes or overnight can help it firm up slightly and develop the flavors.

  6. Serve: Transfer the Apple Cream Cheese Dip to a serving bowl. You can garnish it with apple slices or a drizzle of extra apple syrup for presentation if you like.

  7. Enjoy: Serve your delicious Apple Cream Cheese Dip with a variety of dippers such as apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or even cinnamon pita chips. Another option is to spread it on cinnamon toast or a bagel for breakfast.

Enjoy your homemade dip! It's perfect for parties, gatherings, or simply as a tasty snack. Great for a kids after school treat too!
